Performances

Kangana Ranaut has given outstanding performance in the character of Bobby and her honest performance makes everyone believe that she is an acute psychosis suffering patient. Kangana was loud at few instants but she gets back into the character quickly. Dialogues that are inked on her are not strong enough this time compared to her previous movies and even comedy lines tried on her sounded forced.

Rajkummar Rao always brings his own charm into the character that he plays in his movies. Even in Judgemental Hai Kya Rajkummar Rao is given two shades and he pulled them comfortably with no comparison from each other. In few scenes, he has outshined Kangana Ranaut too and their combinational scenes gave that suspense- thriller feel that required in the film. Rajkummar Rao has brought the magic back with his delightful performance in the climax that’s the crux of the storyline.

Amyra Dastur was steamy with her acts and she did her role perfectly. Amrita Puri got a meaty role and she used it to the fullest making right impression in the minds of audiences. Talented actors like Jimmy Sheirgill and Satish Kaushik are not utilized to their full capacity making them limited to few scenes.

Others Comment:
Bottom line – It’s not a regular Hindi movie, strictly for Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao fans.
